The Pfhor seem pretty centralized, so they'd probably try and maintain a unified language. But they would rely on bureaucracy to do this, and we all know how well that usually works out...

Also, as for aliens who are bigoted towards... um, other aliens I guess, they might be called speciest? Like racist, but with an entire species.
