Uhh, well, honestly? The XBox feels more like a console than GameCube. The GameCube looks like a fscking toy, frankly. The controller is tiny, a combination of the PS controller and the DC controller, just as comfortable and horrible button placement. The current games run slower than 30 FPS, look like N64 games, and play worse. The colors are pretty, but the gameplay is just... bad. Give me Mario64 or Zelda64 or Blast Corps any day.

Unfortunately, as with the N64, I believe Nintendo shot themselves in the foot on this one.
