In Response To: Narcogen's Great Journey write-up (Peptuck) : What's special about Johnson's weapon that it works against : Tartarus' shield, where a supposedly identical beam rifle in your own : hands is completely ineffectual? No idea. Well, thats just like asking, 'Why can't I pick up the plasma rifles that the marines get when I rescue them from the ovenant prisons?' Well, one reason is, I doubt that johnson could jump that far, and besides, he aint going to give you his weapon, he's spent many years trying to kill you. Its all for the better of the game, and things for us to pick at. I wonder somtimes, if all our theories and anylizations are completely off, maybe we are looking too deep? ... Nah.
