I just read Rampancy.net's writeup of High Charity. Is it just me, or is the Library (the level they refer to as a not-so-fun level on a par with HC) an incredibly good level? It's a throwback to the days of Doom, armed with just a Super Shotgun and a horde of Imps to obliterate. I absolutely love the gritty, tense, kill-or-be-killed atmosphere. If you drop your guard just for a second, Chiefy goes byebye. Any time I want a mindless Reptilian brain exercise, High Charity is my pick. However, yes, High Charity is stupid. Case closed.
