yup. Its clear if you write it out all in one line:
(19-37) + (50-19) + (62-50) + ... + (37-41)
notice the positive 19 in the first group is cancelled when the 19 is subtracted in the second group. This same pattern repeats for all numbers, and since its a circle, no number escapes.
