Yeah. He seems most prone to doing it when he's angry; that's when the most egregious examples occur. The ones that stick out to me the most are the one I quoted in my last post, and of course the infamous "doubt" rant in which little Goth Kid Tycho equates himself with doubt (because of *course* he would).

He went with the Pfhor because they *get* him! And they get his music! You'll never understand him the way the Pfhor do, *dad!*

Anyway, I got the feeling that he was headed that way already by the end of M1, although I'll admit it's not completely spelled out. But in his last terminal he seems an awful lot less concerned about the colonists and a lot more "I have all kinds of super secret Pfhor knowledge that the S'pht taught me! I'm going to find escape before *you* do! Nyah!"
