Well, true. I did say that Enforcers could be either/or but yeah, they're most likely reptiles.
It's more likely we only see reptile and insect pfhor in the whole trilogy including Tfear. Maybe he was nearing the age for metamorphosis when we saw his picture.
Higher clans we don't see could be the avian ones, of which could appear in a Marathon 4 if we get one.
It kind of makes me think of the Metroid species evolution too, except that pfhor are insect to avian as opposed to amoeba to insect.
