The starter disk link I gave has the OS already pre-installed on it, and works perfectly as-is in my experience, except for maybe upgrading the Sound Manager and adding QuickTime for the M1 music.

Everything will run directly off the disks (either as disk images; or physical CDs with the 2015 release of Basilisk II) with no installation process necessary.

The only downside is you won’t be able to read the Japanese text where it appears, but everything will show up and will load. The Trilogy game menus are in Japanese, testing out these ISOs, but it all runs with the English Mac OS.

There’s no language pack to auto-translate the text, of course. But the vast majority of the map collection disc is in English, so you if were to also mount the English Trilogy disc (or all of the necessary files on a disk image) you would get the whole experience with the maps, films, etc. in English.
