Up to now there have been two and you have missed both. One you could not be expected to see.

The terminal where Leela tells you about Tycho's role on the Marathon is the one you teleported from at the end of Bigger Guns Nearby. You talk through it in your video.
I think this is why Perseus is getting a little peeved. ;)
