Indeed. Very much in his style, though perhaps a little more detailed - if you look at the massive drawing of the S'pht Compiler, which you can find here, you'll find lots of areas where the sketchiness shines through quite obviously, particularly on the far left and right sides. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful drawing, with a unique and fluid style that, when combined with the sheer detail of every part, makes it utterly astounding.
And yes, he did put a Seven on that pillar. ;)
