He's digging the banshee back out of it's grave.
As in, he's bringing it up again.
The Yellow banshee was started by KORHAL, who made some outrageous statements such as a hole with a tree in the Library.
I'm not sure how he did it, but KORHAL's become famous for the "Yellow Banshee".
It's a joke going around the H.B.O community. There is no Yellow Banshee, just like there are no Gnomes. But I guarantee you, someone still believes in'em. :)
It were them Gnomes.
