In Response To: Ar-Isildur Update (SilverBrin****of WP) Hey I just want to say keep fighting it man! My little sister had cancer when she was 12, but she was brave and kept her spirits up and she pulled through. In fact, she works at the same place I do (but I'm her supervisor sorta, HA!). It was pretty serious...stage 3 I think, which on a scale of 1-5 isn't good. There was a tumor the size of a lemon in her head, part of it wrapped around the carotid artery. Could she have died? If they didn't catch it when they did, there was a real good chance I wouldn't have a sister now. Anyway, I just want to say as someone who has been through the experience with a sibling and seeing it can be beaten gives me a lot of faith in the medical care these days. You can pull through! | |
