Yeah, if the Master Chief were America he'd have to oppress others and bend others towards his own will all in the name of God. He'd also have to act surprised when those whom he'd been maiming and oppressing fought back.

The one thing that the Master Chief DOES have in common with America is that he is solitary and ice-cold in his emotion. Although, the Marathon marine, he DOES take orders, which America has never done.

And I don't think that America is fighting any "overwhelming force". People who need to resort to killing themselves while killing us with our own civilian vehicles do not strike me as overwhelming. The Master Chief is a single body in a sea of aggression, even hatred. However, unlike America, the Chief didn't bring this hatred unto himself let alone intice it. He's simply acting in the interest of survival, a meager request, even for a device of his sophistication.

No, I think that the Master Chief is very UNLIKE America. So please don't ruin a game that I enjoy by comparing it to something that I don't.
