In Response To: Re: New One (Narcogen) It's quite true that level climbing and vehicle stuffing will cause many a gamer whine and bitch about how "unfair" it is, but just wait until you see his/her face when they run into your sidewinder base only to find a tank completely blocking access to the flag, what a classic moment! Or better still, a player is running around the map and a you (in a warthog, of course) come flying off the VERY top of the map and squash them like a bug, oh it's too glorious to believe! Ultimately, yes, it's up to the players to decide what is fair or unfair, but we like to play with "anything goes" rules. Otherwise people start limiting really dumb stuff like they say "No camping with the Sniper" Whatever, dude, grow up and deal with it. Playing with so called "cheap" tactics forces you to become a better player. Anyone can run in and out of a base with only a few characters guarding it, but it takes serious skills to grab a flag from a base that is swamped with all manner of vehicles AND guarded by players. | |
