Yes it does, if you have five brain cells that can communicate with each other. In order for something to CONTINUE, that means it has STARTED (as noted in one of the other responses).

See above flame (and what else would 'starting' be... it's not like they're going to completely remake the game, the addition of online play excepted).

Matt is not the M$ PR guy. Matt is the Bungie PR guy. Yes, M$ owns Bungie (financially), but there IS a difference. Matt does have a clear message; namely, that "Work on PC Halo continues", and that "he knows where the project is". The M$ guy, however, does not know what is going on.
