That really pisses me off two, in a way. So much was left out of the game, or so I've been told: what I've heard is that several levels were left out numerous weapons pick-ups (specifically, I was told the Elite's Plazma sword) and much more were cut from the game on order from Microsoft so that Halo could be a launch title. If I understand Matt correctly, the current version of the Hippo isn't even the one originally intended for the game. It sucks that so much was rent from Halo so Microsot could have it as a launch title (read: trophy).
On the other hand, a Jihad, beyond being in very poor taste at the moment, is simply obsurd: Bungie didn't do it voluntarily, Microsoft gave them no choice.
So let's all redirect our rath to a more deserving target (and by "all" I mean Anti-Hippo Guy, myself, and anyone else woh dislikes te evil empire). I think most of us can agree on that.
If you can't, what the hell are you doing here?
