It looks like you softened the shadows from her boobs and softened and blurred the edges, got rid of her bellybutton, and made that little neck notch thing less pronounced. Overall it looks like you tried to make her look more like she's wearing some kind of catsuit (which I maintain is not an interpretation that really reflects how she looked in the first place).
