Those sorts of videos are very much still going to exist. Not quite as many people will be able to make them, but a fair number of the people who make videos like that do own capture devices.

Heck, if tricking winds up being viable in Halo 4, the lack of theatre could in theory even be beneficial for it. Getting places via in-game mechanics is a lot more explorationy if the game doesn't simply give you a camera to float there, and explorationiness is arguably the heart and driving force of tricking.
