The graphics aren't horribly mangled, so it's oXbox. Actually, you can tell that it's not on PC just by looking at where the HUD elements are. With NTSC video, it's traditional to crop the edges of the screen a bit because the signal might be sketchy in those areas of the image in older systems. That cropped area is the action safe, and it's why even relatively new SDTVs have slightly cropped edges. This means that HUDs are always set a bit into the image on console versions of older games so that they don't get cut off. PC monitors have had much higher-quality video and display standards, and have had much less action safe cropping, so the HUDs are often clinging the very edge of the frame even in stuff from the early 2000's. This is a perfectly good indicator with Halo PC, and it's also true with Halo 2 Vista. But yeah, you can also just look and see that the graphics aren't horribly mangled. The most obvious indicator is the fog; if the game has any animated fog whatsoever, it's running on oXbox. If the game is REALLY visually screwed, it's Halo PC. If it's visually decent but has some quirks like yellow on the left side of the screen when you zoom (and a total lack of animated fog), it's possibly the 360 emulator.
