Honestly, I just play it by ear; I don't like to deny people from contests and opportunities just because of where they live. I've had a couple of international winners before. In fact, the winner of this first contest was out of the States. Granted, it was only Canada, but....
I'll do what I can and try my hardest to send you a copy. If you win, of course. ;-)
Now, I will say this--I've never bought a game out of region, so if you DO win, you will have to show me where to get one. In the meantime, unless it's insanely too expensive/legally risky to send it, there shouldn't be too much of a problem. Hell, if we're lucky, we can have Amazon send it--that's probably how I'm going to buy the next winner, instead of buying it in-store and having to ship it in my own boxes--LEKKU!
I'll post a public update to the contest about submissions and further rules.
