Cortana doesn't really look like her to me, they have different noses and mouths. Bungie appeared to just keep improving on what she looked like in Halo CE, and I don't think most of the characters were based on real faces then. If anything, canon-wise I'd kind of expect her to stay looking vaguely like Halsey and/or Miranda with 343 in charge.

But with the motion capture stuff we saw in O Brave New World, I'm guessing we'll be seeing Jen's face in Destiny.
