It's still high up on the charts, it's still getting hundreds of thousands of players, it's getting a massive shot of DLC soon, and it's a good game and a household name. I don't think we'll see a noticeably bad dip until at least three months before Halo 4 comes out, probably more like a month before, in that same week, or even the month after it comes out.
