Considering she's had nothing to do but sit for possibly years (more?) I think she can play around with what she looks like. God knows I can get bored in a few hours with nothing to do.

I do feel strange about the armor. I mean from game to game, it's stayed more or less within reason. From CE to 2 we get a new set of armor, which explains the change, and in H3 we basically just got new hand armor. In this we see fairly drastic changes, especially in the shoulders as was pointed out. Now there are pieces missing, which could be an interesting development and we'll have to see what it means and how it happens, but the shoulders are a bit different. Shoulders don't become bigger when they are damaged or removed.
