I've mentioned it before, but its not something worth going on and on about every other week.
Broke my elbow back in February last year.
Being a joint, needed surgery and wires to fix, and they've been in my arm ever since. Can just barely see most of them under the skin, though one of the pins is poking out a fair bit. =)
There's a chance it could burst through the skin sooner or later. They're pretty annoying as well, so worth getting rid of them.
