But you become useless in turn. I think it is pretty well balanced, all things considered.

I, for one, wreck so much havoc with Hologram (heck, even I get fooled by myself sometimes) that I find that it recharges too fast. Armor Lock takes a while to recharge.

Active Camo, though, is basically useless as a camo, but fairs quite well as Radar Jammer. Really helps your teammates if you're playing multi-tiered maps.
