In Response To: Five bridge descents via Shade riding *VID* (Rockslider) : Following up on my recent Bridge descent guide for AOTCR, my latest movie : BCM33 demonstrates five ways down by riding a Shade, including two : dismount variations - all as covered in the guide. You'll see some Banshee : tagging too, and a couple of Grunts get nasty wake-up calls! Don't mean to hijack your thread, but I want to jot down for posterity that lo those many years ago, when we had our first Halo gathering, (the game must've been out just a few months? I'm sure Claude can find the emails around that first LAN party - also: the first appearance of KP?) I think I showed Claude for the very first time how you could just slide down the mountain from one side of the bridge and survive (barely) as well as shade riding. Fun stuff! Probably one of only a handful of times I ever cared about "tricking" really, but it was a fun one to break the script. - m
