Operational Report (Overview, Brief)

Operation: SALEM

Mission was performed successfully. Hopeful Squad successfully infiltrated compound and placed signal devices in all primary locations. Signal devices were also placed in four secondary locations. Hopeful Squad was not detected during operation.

C459 was KIA. En route to extraction point, entered an altered state of mind described by squad members as “animalistic.” Attempted to attack other squad members. Known possible side effect of the procedures attempted on C459. (See Procedure: FERAL) Died in attempts to restrain.

Codename: BALL has suspended Procedure: FERAL for all future recruits.
