In Response To: Re: Also (onebitrocket) Here are a few things I have gleaned from the recent communications. It’s in no way comprehensive. It is roughly 60 years after the official end of the human covenant war. F-484 is a young prodigy with high levels of intelligence and physical ability. He is sought after and “recruited” by ONI in 2517. Eight years before first contact with the Covenant. For some mysterious reason he had an almost 99% probability of accepting the offer by ONI. It is however shown that he somehow has knowledge of the Orion project and it is hinted that he will be joining this program, or its Spartan successor. F-484 would chronologically be well over 100 years old in 2612, not to say this would be strange in the future given the supposed advances in medicine and the probability of being cryogenically frozen. Humanity still comes across rouge Covenant ships, it is implied that they may still react with hostility (possibly prophet and Brute led ships). It is unknown however if the covenant as a group still exists, these may simply be remnants of the war. Humanity may still be in some sort of alliance with the greatly diminished shangelli and other species of the covenant, or at least on good terms, this simply is not known. A new rash of rebellion seems to be arising in 2612, with insurrectionist’s involvement being mentioned. It is somewhat implied that the insurrectionists are human, but it is possible that they are not. Star FR-S 3287 is so unnaturally stable that it may have been created by the Forerunner. Lending to the idea that the entire solar system in question was created by the Forerunners hands and that there may be Forerunner technology located in system. This technology may explain the strange unexplained explosions and missing men. It is possible that TB-182-P is a shield world.
