Going to answer the rest of this in bulk: (Using P1 and P2 to designate players) -P1 gets out of the map via the Pelican as shown in the video.
Now both players are out of the map, with the Seraphs that P2 disabled earlier. That way, P1 can die any amount, and still be able to respawn out of the map with P2, and vice-versa. The only think you'll need to be careful of is to place P2 out of the way of everything, so you don't accidentally drop a Seraph on him or anything (or if P2 is controlled by a friend of yours, have them stay out of the way and just switch places every now and then so you both can participate).
