I agree about Armor Lock. I don't want to turn this into a armor lock whiner post, but I think that whenever you introduce a state of invincibility to a FPS, no matter how short it may be, it drastically changes the gameplay mechanic. Also, I feel that it slows down the gameplay as well. I don't normally use armor lock, but when I run into someone who armor locks I feel as if they are just delaying their inevitable death. On some of the tighter maps, using armor lock can throw your opponent off enough to escape around the corner and avoid death altogether. With the addition of Armor Lock to Reach, I feel that it has an even slower pace of gameplay than that of Halo 3.
