In Response To: And a closer look at the new Seraph (Bry) The shifting design approach was also put into the Banshee. The two back flaps are split down the middle and narrow when the boost is applied (the boost trail emits from the back of the flaps) Also, the wings are split, and both halves tilt in parallel when you turn. I kinda like the new Banshee now that I see that the changes are more functional than cosmetic. Really gives the banshee a plausibility factor. That, and when you look at the space banshee you see inspiration from the original banshee. The design makes sense when you consider that flaps aren't needed in zero-g.
