Donut was badly shot, went into Recovery Mode, and now he's awake. : It also would seem that CT will be woken, too. After having thought about it, I take back what I said about CT. This also might mean that Donut's an AI, seeing that "Recovery Mode" is what AIs are put into for security and that Doc couldn't find a pulse even though Donut was alive... Hmm. I see what you mean about this plot being confusing, darthbob.
