Not even for private ownership. I've seen atleast 20 hit eBay over the years, and a good bit on Craigslist too. There was even a collector I talked to that had two himself (although he has since sold one).

As far as Halo 2 life-size statues go, there are only two versions. There is this one (that also has two different 3ft versions), and the 7ft Muckle (which also has a 1ft version).
