SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP2 A higher-performance database engine than the Microsoft Access I used for my earlier stats trackers. I'm hoping to have this progam scrape the other games in Bungie's repertoire, and so I need a database engine that's faster and has smaller database files. : Installing it wont mess with my PC settings would it? Nope! You should already have the Windows Installer. I've heard that the .NET Framework 4 is going to be pushed out to everyone in a high-priority Windows Update. And the SQL Server Compact libraries are in-memory DLLs that only show up if an application links them in at compile time (it's not a service that runs on the machine).
