In Response To: DVD insert (Slightly off topic) (PyroSporker16) : I didn't want to create a new topic just for my stupid question (searched but : didn't find anything really). : Quick question for those that purchased the steel book version, Did yours : come with an insert inside the case? Usually DVD's come with some type of : chapter listing or contents page inside, but my steel book version had : nothing (except more case art). Did none of the steel cases include an : insert? Did the regular version or blue-ray version come with an insert in : them? It felt like something was missing from mine when I opened the case. I got the 2-disc DVD edition. No insert.
