| DVD insert (Slightly off topic) | |

In Response To: Hale Legends - Awake and Alive (AssaultGodzilla) I didn't want to create a new topic just for my stupid question (searched but didn't find anything really). Quick question for those that purchased the steel book version, Did yours come with an insert inside the case? Usually DVD's come with some type of chapter listing or contents page inside, but my steel book version had nothing (except more case art). Did none of the steel cases include an insert? Did the regular version or blue-ray version come with an insert in them? It felt like something was missing from mine when I opened the case.
