True. I don't get why is the Combat Evolved design despised so much. In my opinion, it's the coolest of them all. Except for some minor flaws, most of which are caused by graphical limitations. Really, the HW armor - which seems to be the standard for MK. IV these days - doesn't look like it predated the Mk.V. It's just too different. The armor on the cover of Cole Protocol, on the other hand, looks exactly like i'd imagine the Mk.IV to look like. The design is much more clever than the HW one; with all those angular surfaces and black plates.
