(mendicantbias00) : i wondered that too : but I think it is a measure of what skill level you are at and how effective : you were in getting there...or perhaps staying there. I thought it was to do with the amount of EXP you've earned versus the number of games you've played. For example, if you played 100 games and earned 45 experience, your EXP effectiveness will be 45%. This is how some people get over 100%, they get a lot of MVPs or play lots of Double XP playlists. Therefore they have a larger amount of experience than total number of games played. Phew!...I hope that makes sense. =D
