As if balance : is a half-thought. More and more, it's like they aren't trying to make a : good game. Sorry, I didn't get that vibe at all. It sounded to me like they're mixing up stats and builds to see what reaches a proper balance, because the only way to really hit a proper balance in a game like this is to do what they're doing now: trial and error.
