In your original post you mentioned my 'guide', and I assume you were referring to the article on what I called the Coastal Hornet trick, particularly the final section called 'Into the snow section'. As mentioned there, the Hornet does indeed disappear as you break through into the snow section. I see that NOKYARD has chipped in a note of agreement. And if those fiendish high-speedsters say you can't get anything through, that's good enough for me! You spoke of using "a little patience and active camo". How were you using the active camo though? All I can think is that maybe you switched it on just before the Banshee was about to kill you - thus letting you stay alive to then make a jump for the Banshee. If so, I'm guessing that once you went invisible, the Banshee started veering away; so maybe you had to time things right? I for one would like to hear a fuller explanation of your technique. So you find the Banshee easier for exploring? It's a bit speedier I'll admit, but as I elaborated in my little piece on hijacking, I find the H3 Banshee quite frustrating to fly. It was a pity your links were bust. I'm guessing that you neglected to use the Preview button when posting. I always do that, and I click every link I've included to make sure they all work. Takes a few extra seconds but it's worth it and I've caught plenty of mistakes that way - mistakes I would've kicked myself for. Er, not that I'm saying you should give yourself a good kicking! Actually it sounds like Louis would happily do that for you. Kicked by Wu eh? What an honour. P.S. Watch out for my next article, sometime within a few weeks probably. By coincidence it happens to involve some novel Banshee hijacking.
