| Just how big is that Ark?? | |

I had come up with a scarcely calculated estimate for the overall diameter of the Ark based on a couple of screenshots from the Cartographer hologram of Installation 00. I was off in my estimate by a bit. I was contacted this evening from a fellow named Zach who emailed me a nice screenshot of the Ark, from the last end of the game as the Halo's firing energy can be seen in the shot. He had emailed me before inquiring when Halo 3 objects may show up on my scale charts. Needless to say, it'll be a while yet until I get some solid info on the models of Halo 3, but the screenshot he provided was fairly distortion-free as the foundry area at the center of the Ark was nearly circular. I'm attaching a modified version of that screenshot with some reference to Halo's size and Earth's size in comparison to the Ark. Feedback is welcome if you feel the estimate is off. Enjoy!
