(3:20 - 3:50) : ;) Guilty Spark always reminded me of a regular character from Transformers: Beast Machines from 1999. I think the character was only referred to as the Diagnostic Drone. Check this link out and watch the first minute or two after the opening credits. It will be apparent which character I mean.
