: The weapons tinkering I can understand. I disagree completely with their
: rationale on Shotty and Sword being overpowered, but apparently not having
: BxR has crippled MLG players and now short range weapons aren't fair.
: That's my take on it anyways. I think they'll realize that they've killed
: the short range game because of this and you'll see either shotty or sword
: back in v3.

: What really boggles my mind is the speed increase.... I just don't understand
: it. Players are saying its important because that extra 10% of speed now
: makes it possible to strafe out of the BR 4 shot. Maybe I'm just a better
: mover than most, because I don't really have trouble getting away from the
: 4 shot. I mean, in H3 every shot already has to be a HS in order for the
: BR to get the 4 hit kill, and in my experience, if someone manages to
: 4shot me, they deserved the kill and I deserved to die. It really feels
: like MLG is trying to turn H3 back into an H1-style competitive game,
: where the teams that won were the ones that were the most stacked, where
: team-shooting didn't really matter, and where individual skill level took
: extreme priority over teamwork or **SHOCK** actually thinking about the
: game instead of simply headshotting anything that moves.

Take everything you and Silva just said, and that's pretty much my entire reasoning behind why I think MLG is overrated. Don't get me wrong, I respect them, and I think they're amazing players, but I also think their egos are massive, and that they're arrogant. If alot of people want to download and play your gametypes, hey, who am I to say they're wrong? But I personally think they're all full of themselves, and the changes don't do hardly anything to make the game "better" and more "competitive".
