In Response To: Re: Question about the ending *SP* (Dundradal) : Agreed. I loved the post-credits ending incredibly so, but the ending before that, I thought was pretty poorly done. It seemed a little lazy and all together uninspired. The ceremony was also very weak... Lord Hood, the Arbiter and a handful of marines there to celebrate the billions of people that have died fighting/been lost in the war. If I'd know there was an end ceremony come the end I would've expected something more... massive, a grand send off. It just seemed like it had been made with character model limitations in mind - for example the lack of dress uniforms or proper ceremonial rifles. The actual ending though was brilliant, on all difficulties except for Legendary. I don't like this idea of John having to continue fighting, or of HIS storyline continuing - I would've much prefered a clean cut, end of the saga (with some ambiguity) version. Also, in the end, despite everything being executed amazingly, it was a little predictable, and a lot went unanswered. The origins of the Flood, Truth's real belief and motive, Graveminds existance and power, and a LOT of Guilty Sparks comments in the first game also turned out to mean nothing at all. - Charley
