I didn't find the one in the cartographer building or the one in Halo, (wasn't looking too hard) But I did find the tunnel one, and two others. When you are about to use the elevator to the tower control rooms for shutting down the shield protecting truth, off to the side is a little alcove you can easily jump to and the terminals are there.
