I know of three.

Two on the level Ark and on Halo.

I'm not exactly good at describing locations, but the one on Halo is at the very start.

The first one on 'the ark' is about a quarter through the level where you go through a very technological tunnel, which goes straight through. However there are two doors on the left of the tunnel which you can use to access the terminal.

The second one on the 'ark' is when you are in the cartographer building, I found this by chance when looking round.
