I think that's one of those "you had to have been there" kind of things. I was lucky enough to make it to ilovebees event in Chicago in '04 where many people were seeing Halo 2 played for the first time on the big screen. During the matches people were constantly cheering and yelling at the players to grab the rockets or go for the sniper rifle. The sword (obviously) got the biggest cheers. I was cheering right along with them. It was really awesome to be in a room packed with people that were as excited about the game as I was. :)
