I had to do some searching to find the title of the first chapter. "Louis Wu". Though, if you are still confused about how this chapter could possibly be named after our own Mr. HBO, then you have it backwards. The fella who runs this site (about half the age of Ringworld's Louis Wu) is named Claude Errera. When Halo was first revealed (known as Blam at the time), he and and Wirehead chose names from Niven's novel because nobody knew anything about Bungie's new game except that it took place on a ringworld. Actually, this whole sory is on the About This Site page. :)
