Character depiction

In Response To: Okay, now its done (Narcogen)

The bit where Brutes are going to do things in-game that are associated with their personality instead of just waiting about: would you interpret that as a return to the way characters were presented in Halo?

For instance, Elites in Halo were thoroughly convincing in the way they moved, vocalized(wort wort wort, etc.), and attacked, and they really did fit the character of fanatical exterminators very well. In Halo 2, they went about spouting shakespeare and fell from being a unique, memorable race to a generic warrior race. Brutes too had quite a character problem in Halo 2.

With Brute(And maybe Grunts, Jackals and even Elites) going about doing things in-game that are consistent with their character, do you think they'll get the kind of personality boost needed: that we'll really get to fear them, hate them and loved them the way many of us thought about the old Halo Elites?
