How are those spoilers? We know from Uprising that the Hunters and Elites are fighting against the Brutes, Jackals and Drones. We don't need a declaration; we've seen it. The bit about the Grunts seems to be in direct conflict with the way the final levels play out; I don't think there's a single Grunt that fights on the side of the Brutes. In that case, the text likely indicates a possible way the civil war could have played out, or a note from an earlier stage of development. Either that, or Bungie wanted to somehow establish the right to use Grunts on both sides of the conflict, for gameplay reasons. The rest of the dialogue is just notes about increasing Flood infestation; probably there's no recorded dialogue for them because Bungie viewed them as redundant. | |
